Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations and spearhead the growth of Marketing, Sales, Presales, IT Delivery, Project Management, and HR departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong IT services experience, capable of driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and align operations across multiple departments.

Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable KPIs.

Oversee IT project lifecycles to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Strengthen business development efforts with Sales & Presales teams.

Build and maintain partnerships with key technology vendors.

Drive recruitment, talent development, and retention strategies.

Implement AI tools and dashboards for company-wide efficiency.

Ensure governance, compliance, and financial oversight.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or Project Management.

8–12 years in operations, project leadership, or general management within IT.

Strong grasp of IT project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2).

Experience with automation, BI, ERP, SharePoint, and software delivery.

Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and business systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
