Personal Data – Notice and Consent

At CREST BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (“CREST”), we respect the privacy of individuals and the use of their personal data. Personal data which we have obtained from publicly available sources such as trade directories, websites and other media and/or directly from you (including without limitation to your name, contact details and sales information, and any other personal data obtained hereafter collectively known as “Personal Data”) is recorded, stored or otherwise processed by CREST for sales and promotional purposes in relation to CREST’s products/services, referrals and to invite you to events organized by CREST. In the event you purchase our products/services, your Personal Data may also be used to execute sales transactions, payments and for related purposes (collectively “Purpose”).
