Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile HR, Recruitment & Admin Executive who can manage HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and administration while leveraging AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity. The role requires someone who can balance compliance, people management, and automation for greater efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment using AI-powered sourcing and screening tools.

Handle onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.

Support payroll, attendance, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).

Maintain staff records, benefits, and compliance with labour laws.

Liaise with government agencies and manage foreign worker documentation.

Coordinate company events, team-building, and vendor management.

Use AI/Copilot for drafting HR letters, contracts, and reports.

Automate HR/admin workflows and generate workforce insights.
Key Requirements

Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, and admin.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and compliance.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot / AI tools.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
