Role Overview
We are hiring a Microsoft Software Support Executive to assist clients with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and related solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, provide user training, and help ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for someone customer-focused with strong technical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.

Troubleshoot via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote sessions.

Assist in Microsoft account setup, license activation, and configuration.

Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams.

Maintain support ticket updates and reporting.

Document recurring issues and prepare knowledge base articles.

Deliver basic user training and guidance.

Stay updated with Microsoft’s latest updates and features.
Key Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

1–3 years’ IT support/helpdesk experience (Microsoft preferred).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and Windows OS.

Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online (advantage).

Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Microsoft certifications are a plus.
