Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive / Consultant to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. The role involves client engagement, presales collaboration, and solution selling, with opportunities to leverage personal networks to expand Crest’s business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to new clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

Use professional networks to generate high-quality leads.

Attend client meetings and present Crest’s IT solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Collaborate with presales and technical teams.

Negotiate terms and close deals within guidelines.

Update CRM system with accurate sales pipeline reporting.

Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements
-
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

2–5 years’ B2B sales or presales experience (IT preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience preparing RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Copilot/AI is a plus.
